All orders require a minimum of seven working days for processing. This includes verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, the number of items purchased, and the weight and size of the package. To view your exact shipping cost, simply add your items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address. The system will automatically calculate and display the total shipping charges. Larger products or multiple items may increase the shipping cost slightly, and the final amount will always appear on the checkout page.

Estimated Delivery Time
After the processing period, merchandise is usually produced and shipped within seven business days. Standard transit times typically range from twelve to fifteen days, depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking and Delivery Information
Once your order ships, a tracking code will be emailed to you so you can follow your package online at any time. Orders are normally delivered directly to your home. If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, it is recommended to check with your nearest post office or local courier branch.

We will request three photos of the received item, specifically showing the chest measurement, the length measurement, and the sleeve length. After reviewing the images, we will send you a replacement in the correct size at no additional cost.
