At Parke Sweatshirt, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist with exchanges or store credit on eligible items.

Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Exchange or Store Credit)

The following categories cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited:

  • Sweatshirts

  • Sweats

  • Fleeces

  • Graphic Tees

  • Sunglasses

  • Preorders

  • Pop-up purchases

  • Sale items

Please review the product page carefully before purchasing, as some items may be marked as Final Sale.

Eligible Items — Exchanges & Store Credit

For items eligible for return/exchange:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Items showing:

    • Wear

    • Damage

    • Odor

    • Excessive wrinkling may incur a $15 restocking fee.

  • For exchanges, a shipping fee will apply for sending the replacement item.

  • For store credit, you will receive the amount minus original shipping charges.

  • International orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
